¡ If you have MS-Windows 98
b Exit all Windows Programs.
b Load the first Spectrum2 Designer installation disk.
b Select Start from the taskbar and scroll to Settings.
b Choose Control Panel from the Settings menu.
b Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
b Choose Install.
b Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
b You will be prompted to restart Windows before using the program.
b Before restarting your computer, remove the installation disk.
b A shortcut to Spectrum2 Designer will appear on your desktop after the program is
loaded.
Printer Driver
The MediaFORM Spectrum2 printer requires that the printer driver is installed on
the PC to allow the PC to communicate with the Spectrum2 printer. The printer
driver file (pwrpro.inf) is supplied on the floppy diskette labeled Spectrum2
Driver.
¡ Insert MediaFORM Spectrum2 Software Driver disk into your PC’s floppy drive.
The following instructions assume the A:\ drive is utilized to load the printer driver.
¡ Choose Start from the taskbar.
¡ Select the Settings Menu.
¡ Click the Printer option.
