Prototype:

int STETHER_Open (NGifnet * netp)

Description:

Driver initialization begins with this function. It initializes the default configuration in the device control
structure. It calls tscDeviceInit() to set up the hardware with the default configuration.

Parameters:

netp

network interface type NGethifnet_tsc

Returns:

NULL if OK.
err Error code in case of error.
