b) DIP Switch 1 is at OFF position for data transfer
mode.
c) DIP Switch 2, 3 and 4 are correctly selected as
per the serial device attached.
Once the link is established, you can manage the
serial device attached to the device server from
remote workstation installed Serial IP Redirector
software.
From the Serial IP “Port Monitor” option, you can see
the connectivity status and IP address of the device
server.
If more devices are attached and connected, the
status and IP address of those devices will also be
showed against each Virtual COM port as shown
below.
