Creating a Text File
Use the following instructions with Windows-based computers.
1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Open: text box, type command.
4. Click OK. The Command window appears.
5. In the Command window, at the prompt, type edit and press
ENTER. The DOS Editor window appears.
