Trigger Pull up
The Trigger Pull up setting is only used when in Hall Effect mode. The Trigger pull up is
needed for most Hall Effect sensors to make sure the input signal operates of the full 0 – 5v
range. This will keep the trigger signal high (~5v), until the Hall effect sensor pulls the signal
low when a trigger event occurs. Without this setting activated, ECU may not read RPM, i.e.
no RPM will be displayed on the Gauge page. Please note that if you are connecting the
Trigger input up to a Delco DFI module, the Pull-up resistor must be switched off to read
RPM correctly. This is due to the signal already being pulled to a high state by the module.
