Loading a cassette and recording
(D Hold the cassette with the title label facing you and the
window side up.
Push the cassette until it is pulled inside automaticaliy.
Inserting a cassette will switch on the video recorder
automatically.
Do not try to pull out the cassette during automatic loading.
@ If necessary, press ►► or to (re)wind the tape.
If you want to switch between the used time (

) or the tape counter during the (re)winding, recording

Note:
Pressing X resets the tape counter to 'O’.
@ Use + or - or the digit buttons on the remote control to
select the TV station you want to record from.

Press # (or the two buttons A and # on the remote
control simultaneously) when the TV programme starts.
The Display shows, for example:

The TV programme is now being recorded.
Notes:
— During a recording it is impossible to select another TV
station.
— if there is no cassette in the video recorder when you are
trying to make a recording, the display shows for example:
— If a protected cassette is loaded when you are trying to
make a recording, the Display shows for some seconds:

The cassette will be ejected.
— If the end of the tape is reached during recording, the
cassette wilt be ejected automaticaliy and the video recorder
wiii switch itself to standby.

To interrupt the recording, press ■ once.
• To resume recording, press • (A and • ) again within 8
minutes.
This ensures a join without disturbance (Auto-assembling).
Note:
If # (A and •) is not pressed within 8 minutes, the video
recorder automaticaiiy switches to stop. After another 8
minutes without tape movement, the vido recorder
automatically switches to standby.
(6) To stop the recording, press ■ twice.
To eject the cassette, press
A .
