A. Place a pencil mark on the body tube
about half way between fin slots.

C. Push engine mount into the
body tube until you can see
the pencil mark.

D. Use scrap balsa to apply glue fillets to
the centering ring/body tube joints.
3.
ASSEMBLING TAIL CONE
A. Apply plastic cement to one
half of tail cone. Press halves
together.
B. Apply plastic cement inside the
body tube.
C. Line up tail cone as shown and
press into body tube.
COMPLETED TAIL CONE
TAIL CONE ASSEMBLY
Set aside to dry completely.
4.
FIN PREPARATION
A. Fine sand both
balsa sheets.
B. Carefully cut fins
free with knife.
C. Stack fins together and
sand all edges smooth.
Do not round the edges.
