WHEELCHAIR TRAY SYSTEM
Designed to help you lead a more independent and active lifestyle the EZ Tray System utilizes a patent-pending
clamp and innovative height-adjustable pole system to create a unique tray system. Featuring a table top, cup
holder, and carrying hook attachment the EZ Tray can be utilized in a variety of set-ups to meet your individual
needs. The adaptable components can be used all at once in parts, and the entire system is lightweight and can be
easily disassembled and stored in the accompanying tote bag until needed.

Note: Although the EZ Tray System was designed to be used by even those with limited dexterity, the initial insta-
llation and securing of the clamp to the wheelchair may need assistance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 800.564.9248 for a full refund within 30 days
of purchase.
The EZ Tray is covered under a 1-year warranty offered by The Comfort Company. In all cases, customers in need
of warranty replacement should contact the Customer Service department.
Comfort Company warrants this product and parts against defects in material for a period of (1) one year from the
date of original retail purchase by the end user. Warranty does not cover corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of
nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alterations, installation, delivery, unauthorized repairs, power failure or short-
age. During this period, Comfort Company will repair or replace a defective product or part with a new or refur-
bished item. The user is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges for the product to the Comfort
Company facility.
NO RETURNS will be accepted without first contacting the Customer Service department. All items must: not
display evidence of being mounted; be clean; be scratch, dent and blemish-free; be returned with all manuals,
screws, documentation, stickers, plastic bags, boxes, and other packaging; be packaged and shipped in a manner
that ensures the item’s safe transit back to the Comfort Company. Comfort Company will not be responsible.
Items Received Damaged or Opened:
If a customer receives an item in damaged condition or partially open, that customer should retain the original shipping
materials and contact Comfort Company immediately. The shipping fees and methods associated with replacing these
items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
