Open Quick Release toggle (1) and sepa-
rate the mounting plate (2) from the main
headrest assembly
Attach the mounting plate to the backrest
A.) If the backrest has pre-drilled holes,
thread and tighten the 4 bolts with
washers and lock washers (3) using a
4 mm hex key.
B.) If the backrest has t-nuts inserted into
the holes, insert and tighten fouR
bolts from the kit back into the 4
inner holes on the mount plate (4).

Attach the headrest pad to the head-
rest ring (5) using the three 10-32
bolts and 5/32 hex key in the kit bag.

Insert the main portion of the head-
rest into the mount plate.

Loosen the bolts at each joint to
adjust the headrest pad to the desired
location. Tighten each bolt firmly.

When the main headrest assembly is at
the correct height, lower number 6 to
mount plate and tighten using the M3
hex key. This will ensure the headrest is
returned to the correct position after it
is removed for transfers.
