5. Tighten LATCH by pushing down hard on base
and puiiing the adjustment beit ©.
6. NEVER put two LATCH connectors on one
vehicie LATCH anchor uniess specificaiiy
aiiowed by the vehicie manufacturer O.
7. Check that the base is ievei, adjust foot
if necessary, see page 39-40.
8. Test infant restraint for secure instaiiation as
described in infant restraint “Final Safety
Check” page 41.
9. Check that the LATCH stays tight and does not
siip from the tightened position, if it does not stay
tight, try another seating position or contact
Graco at 1-800-345-4109.
10. To remove LATCH, push button whiie
puiiing on the LATCH beit as shown ©.
11. Press and hoid LATCH reiease hinge.©.
12. Push connector in, iift connector up

and puii out (away from anchor point) ©.
13. Repeat steps 10 and 11 for other connector. ,
