Warning!
To avoid splashes, first inoline the hand
blender only slightly and work at the low speed
setting. Then, if required, inoline the hand
blender more and inorease the speed.
•
Release the On button after processing.
•
Pull out the mains plug.
•
Press the release buttons and remove
the blender foot from the base unit.
After using the appliance/cleaning
Warning!
Do not olean the blender foot in the
dishwasher.
•
Clean blender foot with a brush under
running water.
•
Dry the blender foot in an upright position
(blender blade face up) so that any trapped
water can run out.
Note: The bell on the blender foot is made
of aluminium. Harmless discolouration may
occur over time.
Recipes
Cream of mushroom soup
200 g fresh mushrooms
100 g potatoes
100 g/4 fl oz milk
50 g cream
% l meat stock
Salt, pepper
•
Peel and dice potatoes.
•
First boil the potatoes in the stock, then add
the washed mushrooms and cook.
•
Add milk and cream and puree with
the blender foot until frothy.
•
Season the soup with salt and pepper
and serve with herbs.
Spinach
1 kg spinach
3 tbs. butter
2 tbs. flour
Milk and cream
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
•
Wash spinach and boil briefly. Pour off water.
•
Sweat garlic and flour in the butter.
Add spinach and pour on a little milk
and cream. Season with salt, pepper
and nutmeg.

Briefly bring spinach to the boil again and
puree with the blender foot until frothy.
Pancake mixture
250 g/9 oz flour
3 eggs
^ l/18 fl oz milk
•
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and
mix with the blender foot to a smooth dough.
Cappuccino
3 dl hot milk
1 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. instant coffee or finely ground coffee
•
Mix all ingredients until frothy.
Can also be served with hot milk which
has been frothed and poured over
the cappuccino.
Tip:
A piece of chocolate can also be mixed in to give
the cappuccino a chocolaty taste.
Frappé
2 tbs. sugar
3 ice cubes
100 g fruit (strawberries, bananas, ...)
2 dl/4 fl oz milk
•
Place all ingredients in the jug and chop finely.
Serve immediately.
Light chocolate mousse:
100 g white or dark chocolate
250 g quark
100 g cream
•
Melt the chocolate and mix together with
the quark and cream.
Tuna fish spread
1 tin of tuna fish
2 pieces of soft cheese
2 dabs of butter
1 tsp. mayonnaise
•
Place all ingredients in the jug and
mix thoroughly with the blender foot.
Mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard
150-200 ml (7-9 fl oz) oil
1 tbs. vinegar or lemon juice
1 pinch of salt

Put all ingredients in the jug. Place the
blender foot on the base of the jug and blend
the ingredients until the mixture emulsifies.
Slowly raise the switched on hand blender
as far as the upper edge of the mixture and
lower again until the mayonnaise is ready.
