2 Cell counting with the NucleoCounter NC-200
The NucleoCounter NC-200 is a bi-color fluorescent cell-counting instrument. The
NucleoCounter has the advantage that only short training time is required before the user
can run highly advanced cell counting protocols. The instrument itself is calibration free.
The individual calibration parameter for a cassette will be read and used by the instrument
during analysis.
