8.1 Error,messages,
Under!certain!conditions!the!NucleoView!SCC0400!software!will!display!error!messages!
during!operation.!In!case!of!error!it!is!recommended!to!terminate!operation!of!the!
software!application!and!re!opening!it.!If!such!action!does!not!mend!the!error!it!is!
recommended!to!terminate!the!session!on!the!operating!system!and!re!booting!it.!If!the!
error!cannot!be!corrected!in!the!prescribed!manner,!contact!ChemoMetec!A/S!or!the!local!
distributor.!
8.2 Power.on,failure,
If!the!NucleoCounter!SCC0400!cannot!be!turned!on,!please!verify!that!the!power!supply!is!
connected!to!the!NucleoCounter!SCC0400!and!a!working!mains!plug.!!
If!the!NucleoCounter!SCC0400!still!does!not!turn!on,!inspect!and/or!replace!the!fuse!as!
described!below.!!
The!fuse!holder!is!located!at!the!rear!side!above!the!power!plug,!see!Figure!34!

Disconnect!the!power!supply!from!the!NucleoCounter.!Then!remove!the!fuse!holder!using!
a!screwdriver!as!indicated!in!Figure!34!(turn!counter!clock!wise).!Inspect!the!fuse.!If!it!
needs!replacement!use!one!as!described!by!ChemoMetec!A/S.!!
If!the!NucleoCounter!SCC0400!does!not!turn!on!after!replacement!of!the!fuse,!or!if!the!fuse!
was!not!broken,!please!contact!ChemoMetec!A/S!or!the!local!distributor!for!further!
instructions.!
