Laser Plummet
The laser plummet is integrated
into the vertical axis of the
instrument. Under normal
circumstances setting of the
laser plummet is not necessary.
If an adjustment is necessary
due to external influences the
instrument has to be returned to
any Leica service department.
Checking by turning the
instrument by 360°:
1. Install the instrument on the
tripod approx. 1.5 m above
ground and level up.
2. Switch on laser plummet and
mark the centre of the red
spot.
3. Turn instrument slowly
through 360° and observe
the red laser spot.
