5. Before you start to sew, deactivate the
Thread Cutter
Mode on the machine’s main control panel. This will
help prevent the thread from coming out of the needle
with sewing alignment stitches and long jump stitches.
Thread the top of the machine, and leave a thread tail
approximately 6-8” long.
6. Press the
Start/Stop button to embroider the endless
design. You will notice that the design starts first with a
set of “L”-shaped alignment stitches at the top left and top
right corners of the design area, before the main design
is stitched out. They are used to aid in repositioning the
hoop as you join the design segments together. After the

Navigator’ dialogue box disappears. As long as there have
been no changes or edits to the design after transmission
of data, there is no need to re-send the design to the
machine. The data is ready for the next repeat.
The
‘Color Block List’ should be displayed along the
bottom of the PC screen for easy reference regarding
color sequence. If it is not, the Color Block List can be
accessed from the main menu. Go to
‘Tools’, then scroll
down to
‘Color Block List.’ You will see the color sequence
of your selected design displayed at the bottom of your PC
screen.
8. Before releasing the hoop, press any one of the shift
buttons (left, right, up or down) on the control panel to
move the needle to its original position.
