Changing screw-on
presser feet with shank
Getting to know your machine
1. Raise needle and presser foot.
2. Remove the needle.
3. Loosen presser foot screw (1) and remove presser foot
with shank (2), guiding it toward you and to the right.
4. To replace presser foot with shank, hook shank around
the presser bar and tighten presser foot screw with the
use of a coin.
5. Replace the needle.
Removing the needle plate

1. Remove the visor by pulling it frontwards and then,
upwards.
2. Raise needle and presser foot.
3. Lift up needle plate from right corner and slide out from
under foot.
4. To replace needle plate, slide it under pin (1) and push it
firmly to the left.
5. Press down until it snaps into place.

Botón puntada reversible
El botón de puntada reversible, con el simbolo ( ), está
situado en el centro del largo de la puntada (Fig. 2).
• Para puntadas reversibles, presione el botón y
reténgalo. La máquina coserá en reversible únicamen-
te mientras se tenga el botón presionado.
Costura reversible
Para reforzar el final de una costura, presione el botón de
costura reversible y de 3-4 puntadas hacia atrás (Fig. 3).
Eleve la aguja y el prensatelas y quite la tela tirando de
este hacia atrás y a la izquierda. Corte el hilo en el corta-
hilos de la placa frontal (Fig. 4).
Marche arrière
La touche ( ) au centre du sélecteur de longueur de
point permet de coudre en marche arrière (Fig. 2).
• Pour arrêter les coutures, appuyez sur le bouton. Tant
que vous le maintiendrez en place, la machine coudre
en marche arrière.
Couture en marche arrière
Pour renforcer la fin de la couture, appuyez sur le bouton
de marche arrière (Fig. 3). Relevez l'aiguille et le pied
presseur et dégagez le tissu en le tirant vers l'arrière sur
la gauche. Coupez le fil à l'aide du coupe-fil encastré en
la plaque de face (Fig. 4).

Point utilisé: Point droit
Longueur de point: N’importe quel règlage
Pied presseur: Retirez le pied presseur et la tige.
