Section IV: Glazing Preparation
STEP #1 PREPARE FRAME FOR GLAZING
A. Seal the frame joints at the SSG vertical and perimeter SSG horizontal intersections.
Seal the 1/4” joint at the reveal at the head and sill. The joint must be sealed from the
top all the way around to the bottom of the reveal, completely filling the joint void.
B. Tool off excess sealant from the exposed areas.
