Warranty conditions for washing machine
1. The warranty period begins on the date of
purchase and is valid for 24 months. Begin
of warranty period is proven if the buyer
submits a purchase receipt together with the
warranty card, filled in and signed by the
seller. The serial number of the product
must match the number stated on the
warranty card!
2. During the warranty period we will
correct any defects
For LG washing machines listed above free
of charge to you if it can be proven that
these are attributed to manufacturing or
material defeats. Within the first two years
LG will repair your appliance or replace your
appliance with a similar LG product free of
charge. After expiration of the first 2 years
the following spare parts will be provided
free of charge during the subsequent 8
years:
Stator, rotor and motor sensor.
Additional repair costs (labor costs, travel
expenses, transportation expenses or
additional spare parts) are excluded.
3. This warranty does not cover any
damages including, but not restricted to,
improper handling, ignoring the instructions
and wear during normal operation.
Furthermore wear parts and fragile product
parts (e. g. display glass, glow lamps and
light bulbs) are not covered by this warranty.
The buyer is responsible for any damages
during transport as well shipping and
packaging costs.
4. We decide whether to make repairs,
exchange or replace parts.
Exchanged or replaced parts are our
property. The original warranty period is not
prolonged if a refrigerator is repaired or
certain parts are replacedi
5. This warranty is applicable for initial
users of the appliance only.
This warranty is a personal warranty and is
not transferable to any third parties.
6. Always keep the original packaging, so
that if the appliance requires servicing, it can
be transported without damaging it.

warranty period begins on the date of receipt and is valid for 24 months.
In addition to this warranty we grant an eight years material warranty on the direct drive motor
(exclusively for new devices purchased after 01.09.2008. All other mentioned terms and conditions
apply.)
