To start recording, press it after setting the
POWER switch to CAMERA and turn the
STANDBY switch to STANDBY. To stop
recording momentarily, press it again.

W side: lor wide-angle (subject appears

Cassette holder (p. 13)
When you slide the EJECT knob, this holder
lifts up and opens automatically.
MIC Jack (PLUG IN POWER)
Connect an optional external microphone
(stereo or monaural). This jack also accepts a
"plug-in-power" microphone.
AudlofVIdeo output Jacks (p. 22)
To view the recorded picture on the TV or to
rerecord onto another tape, connect these
jacks and the Audio/Video input Jacks on the
TV or VCR using the supplied A/V connecting
cable.
RFU DC OUT (RFU adaptor DC output) Jack

only an antenna input, connect the RFU
