Setting the Timer-Activated Functions
Setting the Channel Block
CHANNEL BLOCK prevents a channeHrom appearing on the screw tor preset
hours. We suggestyou to use this hinction to prevent children from mtchlng
undesiraiyie programs
Example: Set the CHANNEL BLOCK at 4:00 PM (for 1 hour), every
Saturday, on channel 12.
Step 1 - 2 : Same as in “Setting the ON/OFF Timer”. (See page 54.)

To restore the normal picture
Press EXIT.
To clear the setting
Display the “CHANNEL BLOCK” page and
press RESET, then EXIT.
To reset the setting
Display the “CHANNEL BLOCK” page and
repeat the steps from the beginning.
Now CHANNEL BLOCK is set.
The picture of the selected channel wilt be blocked from viewing and the sound will
be muted, at the preset tima A red “Blocked” indication will appear on the screen
while the channel is blocked.
