attention to Article 820-40 of the NEC that provides guide

the cable ground shall be connected to the grounding system
of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as

of programs broadcast on UHF or VHP or transmitted by
cable companies for the use of the general public may
require authorization from the broadcaster/cable company
