The CHARGE lamp does not
light up when you place the
handset to charge. • Wipe the charge terminals of the base unit and the
handset with a soft cloth for better contact of the
charge terminals.
* Make sure the handset is placed on the base unit
properly.

The battery duration is short. • The battery pack was charged less than 12 hours (due
to power failure, etc.).
• The usable life of the battery has expired and needs
replacement.

The handset does not work. • The battery may be weak. Charge the battery for more
than 12 hours (page 11).
Note
If any of the remedy did not work, there may be something wrong with the
handset.
Replace the handset on the base imit, then pick it up and try again. If the
handset is on the base unit, pick up the handset and replace it again.
