Removing the Status/Internet Zone Cover
(Status Panel Assembly)
Note: Illustrations may show parts removed that are not part of this procedure. It is
necessary to remove only the parts listed in the written procedure.
To remove the Status/Internet Zone Cover, complete the following steps:
1. Prepare the Notebook for disassembly ( pg 12 ).
2. Open the display assembly, and squeeze the sides of the display assembly hinge
covers while sliding them off the hinges.
