The ignition must be turned OFF before installation.
1 Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.
2 Hold the front of the fuel tank up using the prop rod located in the trunk area.
3 Unplug the main wiring harness from each of the lower injectors as shown in
Figure A.
4 Lay the Juice Box Pro in the tail section and route the Juice Box Pro harness down
the left hand side of the bike towards the throttle bodies.
5 Attach the Juice Box Pro connectors to the injectors and the stock wiring harness as
shown in Figure B.
• orange wire connects to cylinder #1
• yellow wire connects to cylinder #2
• green wire connects to cylinder #3
• blue wire connects to cylinder #4
6 Locate the throttle position sensor (TPS) connector.
The TPS connector is located on the right hand side of the throttle body.
7 Crimp the supplied wire tap to the pink/black wire of the TPS harness as shown in
Figure C.
8 Attach the grey wire from the Juice Box Pro to the wire tap as shown in Figure C.
It is recommended to use dielectric grease on these connections.
