The ignition must be turned OFF before installation.
1 Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.
2 Prop the front of the fuel tank up.
3 Remove the air box.
Note:The air box does not need to be completely removed. It just needs to be lifted
up far enough to access the throttle position sensor (TPS).
4 Lay the Juice Box Pro harness in the tail sections and route the harness toward the
throttle bodies.
5 Unplug the stock wiring harness from the throttle bodies as shown in Figure A.
6 Attach the Juice Box Pro connectors to the throttle bodies and the stock wiring
harness as shown in Figure B.
7 Unplug the TPS connector.
The TPS connector is located on the right hand side of the throttle bodies.
8 Crimp the supplied wire tap to the yellow/white wire as shown in Figure C.
9 Attach the grey wire from the Juice Box Pro to the wire tap as shown in Figure C.
Note:It is recommended to use dielectric grease on both of these connections.
10 Attach the TPS connector to the throttle bodies.
