Installation Instructions
1. Remove OEM air filter assembly.
2. Remove plug from back of OEM backing plate and zip-tie out of way.
3. Disassemble Comp-V to backing plate.
4. Install one o-ring onto each banjo bolt.
5. Install one o-ring onto each end of the oil-channel spacer.
6. Install gasket onto back of backing plate (this may need to be flipped and
turned to find the right bolt pattern).
7. Put banjo bolts through backing plate and spacers. Apply loc-tite to banjo
bolt threads.
8. When installing backing plate to throttle body be sure to tighten socket
head screws and banjo bolts evenly 1/4 turn at a time to ensure no
binding. (Socket head screws are self locking and some slight resistance
is normal when tightening.)
