purposes only.
We recommend that this performance part be installed by a qualified
motorcycle technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install
this performance part, please consult with your local motorcycle dealer.
Read all instructions first before starting installation. Make sure the
motorcycle and exhaust system are completely cool before starting the
installation. Also, make sure the bike is secure on a centerstand or ideally
a service lift during installation. Be sure to save all stock components for
possible use later.
Installation Instructions
Parts List
1. Loosen muffler barrel clamp.
2. Remove O2 sensor.
3. Remove OEM muffler bracket and bolts.
4. Remove OEM muffler assembly.
5. Remove OEM heat shields and hardware. Keep for use with TBR system.

Note
1. Make sure the motorcycle is completely cool before starting the
installation. Make sure the bike is secure on the side stand or ideally on
a service lift.
2. Heat shields and muffler are removed in these photos for clarity. Mounting
bracket and muffler can be removed as an assembly.
6. Remove OEM Headers. Keep hardware and gasket to use with TBR
system.
7. Slide TBR flanges over head tube and loosely install headers using OEM
hardware and gaskets.
8. Install TBR mounting bracket using one stock bolt on top and a 10x25mm
bolt from hardware kit.
9. Install provided clip nuts onto muffler bracket.
10. Install muffler assembly onto headers and attach using supplied hook
springs.
