The illustrations show the location of the fill
line (LIQUID) valve – yellow, and the output
gas (USE) valve – red. If you have a leak or
other problem that will allow you to close
these valves with no danger from escaping
gas, move them in the direction shown in the
illustrations until they are positioned as
shown.

Protecting the Container

Do not change any Adjustments or Operate
Valves on the EasyCarb.
With the exception of
shut off valves discussed in the operation sec-
tion of this booklet, personnel that work around
the EasyCarb should be cautioned against
turning valves or making screwdriver adjust-
ments.

Protect the Unit from Damage. The ability to
store liquid carbon dioxide in this container
depends on the container’s insulation system.
Dents or other damage to the exterior of the
EasyCarb may destroy its ability to insulate
effectively.

Protect the Carbon Dioxide Plumbing. The
plumbing that connects the EasyCarb to its
outside fill box and to the carbonator system is
pressurized. They are extensions of the gas
storage area inside the unit. If any of these lines
are broken or otherwise caused to leak, they
may discharge of contents of the container.
never store materials on the top of the container
or in contact with its plumbing.

Keep the Exterior of the Unit Clean. The outer
casing of the EasyCarb is stainless steel. It can
and should be cleaned in the same manner as
similar restaurant equipment constructed of
stainless steel. Avoid the use of harsh cleaning
agents (chlorine products) around the plumbing
and indicators on the top of the unit where
unknown chemicals might cause damage to
plastics, or seal materials, and might promote
corrosion.
