The green lights located above the keyboard indicate the following:
VO LUM E C O N T RO L B U TT O N S — Press these buttons to adjust the volume.
A M B I E N T L I G H T SE N S OR — Detects available environmental light and automatically increases or decreases the
display backlighting to compensate for low-light and high-light environments. Press the and left-arrow key to
enable or disable the sensor ("Using the Ambient Light Sensor" on page 45).
M U T E B U T T O N — Press this button to turn off the volume.
Turns on when the numeric keypad is enabled.
Turns on when the uppercase letter function is enabled.
Turns on when the scroll lock function is enabled.
