the upgrade process.
This issue is due to a
change in the database
used in Simpana 8.0
when upgrading to
Simpana 9.0. Prior to upgrading from
Simpana 8.0 to 9.0 first
ensure your appliance has
been updated to Simpana
8.0 Service Pack 5 (SP5).
The service pack can be
found at
dell.commvault.com/supp
ort or can be installed
using Simpana automatic
updates. See the Simpana
documentation for
additional information on
