Returning Pumps for Repair
The following procedure must be followed when pumps are returned to VICI
for repair:
1. Contact VICI to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
2. Complete and sign a decontamination report asserting that the pump has
been decontaminated and is safe for technicians to work on. Failure to do
so may delay the repair of your pump. A link to the report form is available
on the returns/repairs page under customer service at www.vici.com.
3. Complete a pump failure report, also accessible from the returns/repairs
page under customer service at www.vici.com.
4. Return the pump and the completed decontamination and pump failure
reports to:
