TROUBLESHOOTING
BT-800 Wireless Bluetooth Receiver
•
Check that you are in range of the Bluetooth accessory with
which you are trying to connect. Most Bluetooth accessories
have a range of approximately 30 feet.
•
On your device, tap Settings> Bluetooth and find you device
in the list. If your device says Not Connected, tap the name of
your accessory to attempt to connect it.
•
Tap Settings> Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and then on
again.
•
Make sure that your Bluetooth accessory is turned on and fully
charged or connected to power.
Unexpected Bluetooth disconnects or intermittent connectivity
Source of Interference
•
Microwave ovens: Using your microwave oven near you
computer, Bluetooth device, or Wi-Fi base station may cause
interference. Bluetooth operates at 2.402 - 2.480 GHz
•
2.4 GHz or 5 Ghz phones: A cordlwss telephone that operates
in2.4 GHz or 5 GHz bandwidth.
•
Any other wireless devices that operate in the 2.4GHz or
5GHz bandwidth (Microwaves, Cameras, baby monitors,
neighboring wireless devices, etc.

If possible, avoid wireless barriers, or change the placement
of the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices for a clearer signal path.
The device's location within building and construction
material used can affect Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Listed below
are common types of barrier material and their potential for
interference.
