  1. Loosen the setscrew in the main landing
gear assembly. Slide the gear onto the landing
gear wire. Position the gear parallel to the wing
centerline and tighten the setscrew enough to
leave a mark on the landing gear strut. Remove
the gear and file a flat spot on the landing gear
strut to prevent the wire from rotating on the wire.
  2. Apply a small amount of threadlock onto
the setscrew. Tighten the setscrew onto the
landing gear wire.
 3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the remaining main
landing gear assembly.
