Operation
HybriCycler functions:
• The “Power” switch turns the
HybriCycler ON or OFF.
• The “Motor” switch turns the bottle
rotation ON or OFF.
• The “Temperature Control” displays
and controls the temperature
setting within the hybridization
chamber.
1. To operate the unit, press the “Power”
switch to the ON position.
2. Set the “Temperature Control” to the
required temperature by pressing
either the “Up” or “Down” keypad arrow
buttons to raise or lower the displayed
degree (displayed in degrees Celcius).
This setting is adjustable from ambient
+10
o C to 80.0 °C. See Temperature
Control Instructions on page 6 for more
details.
