1. Prepare Carton
2. Insert Bottom Foam Pad
3. Fix foam end caps to the charger
4. Insert charger into the carton. The bottom foam pad should rest between the two end caps.
5. Insert front foam pad
6. Insert top foam pad. Close and seal carton.
