NTRIEB
:
- Damit die Gelenkwelle 1 in gutem Funktionszustand
bleibt, die Arbeitsstellungen innerhalb des maximalen
Winkels von 35° einhalten

ONTAGE
:
- Die Antriebswelle des Gerätevorgeleges vor Einhängen
des Getriebes schmieren.

ÄNGE DER
G
ELENKWELLE
:
- Prüfen, ob die Gelenkwelle Ihrem Schlepper angepaßt
ist.
Anmerkung :
Maximale Arbeitslänge ( L max.) beachten.
- Bei der Längenanpassung die beiden Halbgelenkwellen
Seite an Seite in die kürzeste Arbeitsposition bringen und
markieren.
- 3 cm Spiel an jedem Ende lassen 3 .
- Innere und äußere Schutzrohre 4 auf die gleiche Länge
kürzen.
- Innere und äußere aufschiebbare Profi le 5 auf die
gleiche Länge wie die Schutzrohre kürzen.
- Kanten abrunden und Feilspäne sorgfältig reinigen.
- Aufschiebbare Profi le schmieren.
Die Zapfwelle ist mit einer Überlastkupplung ausgestattet
(als Option bei der Maschine 20 verfügbar), die die Übertra-
gung unterbricht, sobald das Drehmoment den Tarierungs-
wert überschreitet.
Er schaltet sich automatisch wieder ein, wenn die Geschwin-
digkeit reduziert oder die Zapf welle ausgeschaltet wird.

RIVE ANGLE
:
- To keep your universal shaft 1 in good working order,
make sure that the working positions do not exceed the
maximum angle of 35°

SSEMBLY
:
- Grease the equipment’s transmission input shaft before
fi tting the drive assembly.
U
NIVERSAL SHAFT LENGTH
:
- Check that the length is adapted to your tractor.
Note :
Do not exceed the maximum working length (L max).
- When setting the length, place the two half-transmission
shafts side by side in the short position and mark off .
- Allow 3 cm slack at each end 3 .
- Shorten the inner and outer protective tubes 4 to the
same length.
- Shorten the inner and outer sliding sections 5 until they
are the same length as the protective tubes.
- Smooth the edges and carefully clear the fi lings.
- Lubricate the sliding sections.
The power take off is equipped with a torque limiter (option-
al on a Model 20 machine) which stops the transmission
whenever the torque exceeds the tare setting.
It is automatically re-engaged by reducing speed or stop-
ping the PTO

NGLE DE LA TRANSMISSION
:
- Pour garder votre cardan 1 en bon état de
fonctionnement, respecter les positions de travail dans la
limite de l’angle maximum de 35°.

ONTAGE
:
- Graisser l’arbre d’entrée du renvoi de l’appareil avant
d’emboîter la transmission.
L
ONGUEUR DU CARDAN
:
- Vérifi er que la longueur du cardan est bien adaptée à
votre tracteur.
Remarque :
Attention à la longueur maximale au travail (L maxi).
- Pour la mise à longueur, mettre les deux demi-
transmissions côte à côte dans leur plus courte position
de travail et les repérer.
- Laisser un jeu de 3 cm à chaque extrémité 3 .
- Raccourcir les tubes protecteurs intérieurs et extérieurs
4 de la même longueur.
- Raccourcir les profi ls coulissants intérieurs et extérieurs
5 de la même longueur que les tubes protecteurs.
- Arrondir les bords et nettoyer soigneusement la limaille.
- Graisser les profi ls coulissants.
La prise de force est équipée d’un limiteur de couple (en
option sur machine 20) qui stoppe la transmission lorsque le
couple dépasse la valeur de tarage.
Il se réengage automatiquement en réduisant la vitesse ou
en arrêtant la PTO.
