NOTE: The Model GX-2001 units that are now due for
calibration will have calibration dates highlighted in red
for the channels that are now due. For the Model GX-
2001 units that are due for calibration in less than one
day the calibration dates are highlighted in orange for
the channels that will be due. If the calibration interval is
“0,” then all units are always due for calibration and the
calibration dates are highlighted in red.
•
No. — lists, in numerical order, the sequence of units whose
data have been downloaded to the computer. The most
recently downloaded unit will be No. 1.
•
SerialNo — shows the serial number of the unit that was
downloaded.
•
UserID — lists the user ID of the of the unit that was
downloaded.
•
StationID — shows the station ID of the unit that was
downloaded.

Target Gases (HC, O
2
, H
2
S, CO) — shows when the unit
was calibrated for each of the target gases in MM/DD/YY
format. The last two digits in each field show the time using
the 24-hour, military standard.
•
Last Downloaded — shows when the last download took
place for a unit using the MM/DD/YY format and the 24-hour,
military time standard. This date is shaded purple if the unit
has not been downloaded for 90 days or more.
Calibration Record — shows instrument information, before-
and after- calibration readings, automatic calibration readings,
and calibration due information. The fields on this screen,
include SerialNo, UserID, and StationID as in the Need
Calibration and Calibration Date screens.
