To switch the baby alarm off
• Press the OFF option shown on the
screen.
(See page 32 for how to alter baby alarm
sensitivity.)You need to set the
sensitivity before you activate the baby
alarm. If you need to adjust the
sensitivity, switch the alarm off first
before referring to page 32.
Call Barring
To bar a handset from making external
calls
The Diverse 2000 Executive Handset
offers call barring to prevent
unauthorised handset use. Incoming
calls can still be answered.
• Press the
MENU
button.
• Select
HANDSET LOCK.
• Press
OK
.
• Enter your PIN number
(default
0000).
• Press the
OK
option button.
• Highlight
LOCK ON/OFF.
• Press
OK
.
• Press the
ON
option button to activate
call barring.
• Press
OK
to confirm.
• Press the
END CALL
button and the
handset should display
HANDSET LOCKED.
