Using the Phone Book
Your Diverse 2000 Executive Handset
has a Phone Book which stores up to
100 names and numbers in the memory
(the longer the name, the more memory
will be used).
You can use the Phone Book to look up
numbers and then dial them directly.
To add a number and name to the
Phone Book
•
Press the
PHONE BOOK
option, then
the
ACTIVATE
option.

Use the
UP
and
DOWN
options to
highlight
NEW ENTRY.
•
Press the
OK
option.
•
The display shows <
NAME> and <TEL.
NUMBER > and the curser flashes for
you to input the name first.
•
Using the alphabet letters on the
keypad, (press and hold each keypad
buttons to scroll through options)
input the name of the person whose
number you wish to store. Use the
FORWARD
and
BACK
options to
move through the words and the
DELETE
option to delete mistakes.
•
When you have finished writing the
name, press the
FORWARD
option.
•
The display will then ask you to input
the
TEL.NUMBER.

remember, if you wish to escape the
MENU altogether, press the END
CALL
button, or to move back to
the previous screen, select the GO
BACK
option .
