MK-1280 GAS SAW OPERATION

NOTE:
DO NOT FORCE TOOL, it will do the job better and safer at the rate for which
it was designed.

Position the masonry piece

Move the Throttle Lever to
lower blade speed. Refer to
your specific engine manual

Turn the engine OFF when
work is complete

Start saw. Move the Throttle
Lever to start saw adjust blade
speed (faster blade speed for
smoother cuts) Refer to your
specific engine manual

Slowly push piece toward the
blade – continue until the
cut is complete

Open the Cooling Flow Control
Valve and adjust flow. Verify cooling
flow exists on both sides of the blade
