Transportation charges for the return of the product will be paid by GeoDesy FSO
(Europe) LTD if it is determined by GeoDesy FSO (Europe) LTD that the
product was defective within the terms of the warranty; otherwise the purchaser or
user shall be responsible for costs of return handling and transportation.
If the
GeoDesy FSO product does not operate as warranted above, the
customer’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement. The foregoing warranties
and remedies are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any other liability
in connection with the sale, installation, use or maintenance of the product.
