Genesis Model DH5000 and DH5000T Operation
The Model DH5000 has two venting options: Direct Vent, and Condensate Removal.
The operation of each configuration is described below.

The Direct Vent Option The Condensate Removal Option
Is a high temperature hot water sanitizing
dishwasher with an extended exhaust shroud
and vent fan (supplied by Champion or others)
to exhaust heat and steam produced by the
dishwasher to the outside of the building.
Total cycle time is 70 seconds.
Is a high temperature hot water sanitizing dish-
washer with an extended shroud that condenses
the steam and reclaims the heat from the operation
of the dishwasher, significantly reducing the heat
output of the dishwasher into the dish room.
Total cycle time is 90 seconds.
