To record your own Answer Only outgoing message
via the handset
1. Press or until display shows Answer Settings and
press OK option button.
2. Display shows Answer Mode . Press or until display
shows Outgoing Message and press OK option button.
3. Use or to scroll to Answer Only and press OK
option button.
4. Display shows Outgoing Message and you will hear your
Answer Only outgoing message via the handset.
5. Press the NEW option button. You will hear, “Please speak
after the tone. To end recording press hash”.
6. After the tone, speak your message clearly into the handset.
Press to end recording. The prompt will announce,
“Your outgoing message is”, and your message will be
played back to you.
Check your outgoing message
Via the base:
1 Press .
You will hear either:
“Answer on, your outgoing message is...” followed by your
selected outgoing message.
