3. Press and hold . You will hear, “Please speak after the
tone. To end recording release the button”.
4. After the tone, speak your message and then release
the button when you have finished.
5. Your message will then be played back to you.
To record your own Answer and Record outgoing
message via the handset
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press or until display shows Answer Settings and
press OK .
3. Press or until display shows Outgoing Message
and press OK option button.
4. Display shows Answer and Record . Press OK option
button.
5. Display shows Outgoing Message together with options
New and Play and you will hear your Answer and Record
outgoing message via the handset.
6. Press the NEW option button. You will hear, “Please speak
after the tone. To end recording press hash”.
7. After the tone, speak your message clearly into the handset.
Press to end recording. The prompt will announce,
“Your outgoing message is”, and your message will be
played back to you.
