Time Saver is displayed on the
base unit as t and on the handset
as TS.
Base loudspeaker volume
You can adjust the base loudspeaker volume from 0
(volume off) to 9, plus H (maximum volume).
The default level is 5.
1. Press
to increase the volume or
to decrease
the volume.
If you adjust the volume when the answering machine is
not being used, a beep sounds at each press. When the
volume reaches its highest or lowest levels two beeps will
sound.
Answer delay
Answer delay sets the number of times your BT Lyric 2500
will ring before the answer machine picks up your call and
starts playing the outgoing message.
You can change this setting to between 2-9 rings or
time saver(t).
The default setting is 6 rings.
To change the answer delay setting via the base unit
1. Press and hold
until the current setting is announced,
then release.
