Attendance Table
User attendance is included in the table that covers most of the
window.
Attendance
are
on working days (see the
Standard working hours
highlighted in light yellow
figure below for Thursday and Friday).

– automatically added events with beginning (arrival) and without end
(departure).
Blue
– automatically added events (based on staff arrivals and departures).
Yellow
– manually added or time/date-modified events.
Purple
– automatically added events with end (departure) and without
beginning (arrival).
The following is displayed for each day:
– date and name of the weekday.
Date
– count of worked hours per day based on the departure/arrival time
Hours
difference. For the purpose of counting, passage times are rounded to minutes
and the difference is rounded to the nearest lower quarter of an hour. For
example: if the arrival time is 09:16:15 and departure time 17:45:28, the Hours
parameter displays 8.25 (i.e. 17:45 - 9:16 = 8:29 = 8:15 after rounding = 8.25
h).
– difference between Hours and Standard working hours (defined in
Balance
Settings). If the parameter is negative, the user fails to meet the standard
working hours on that day.
