Set the following:
- Save latest records only
-the CallBack database only includes the
last (most recent) calls to the selected PSTN number. If this number was called
by multiple subscriber lines, then the last calling station is only saved and the
CallBack is routed to this station.
- Save also answered calls
-the CallBack database also includes answered
calls to the PSTN.
- Erase after answered incoming call -the record is deleted from the CallBack
database if a call coming from the record line is answered. Any subsequent call
is then governed by the ringing table for the given port.
To define how long a record should be saved in the CallBack database, use the
Record validity item.
Set the following:
- Permanent
-the record is deleted not on a temporary basis but as defined
above.
- Days/Hours/Minutes
the record is deleted as selected. The maximum record
time is 45Days-12Hours-15Minutes.
The CO line Outgoing Call duration - the minimal CO line outgoing call
duration (including ringing), needed the call to be counted as a realized
(successful) from the point of view of the Auto CLIP Routing function. Longer calls
would be saved to the Auto CLIP Routing call history only if „Save even realized
calls“ has been selected.
To add a CallBack ringing to a subscriber line according to the available ringing
table, use the Add ringing table item.
Set the following:
- Immediately
–the ringing table is added together with the CallBack ringing to the
subscriber line;
- Never
-the ringing table is not applied;
- In - the ringing table is added in a certain number of seconds (1-254).
If older records are saved too (regarding multiple PSTN-calling subscriber
lines), then enable the Add ringing to another subscriber line option. Ringing is
routed to the latest record first and only then older records are added as preset.
Set the following:
- Immediately
-ringing to an earlier record is added together with the CallBack
ringing to the subscriber line that created the later record;
- Never
–no ringing to an earlier record is applied.
- In
-ringing to an earlier record is added to the subscriber line that
created the later record in a selected number of seconds (1-254).
