This track bar is compatible with Dana 35 models only. It is not compatible with D44 models in the
stock location. A raised track bar bracket is required on D44 models.

The installation of this track bar will allow you to correctly align the rear axle after a suspension lift is
installed.

The track bar features a double adjuster sleeve which allows you to adjust the length of the track bar
without removing the end of the track bar from the vehicle.

This track bar installs with no exhaust modifications and can be used in the stock location.
 A Synergy raised track bar bracket (8158 or 8160) is recommended for lifts over 3” or for use on a D44
rear axle.

o (1) 3622-06-16-10-A Double Adjuster Sleeve
o (1) ¾-16 LH thd rod end
o (1) ½-20 UNF x 1.5” long hex head bolt
o (1) ½-20 UNF Stover Nut
o (1) Zerk Fitting
 (2) ½-13 UNC x 2.75” long bolt
 (2) ½-13 UNC Stover Nut
 (4) ½” flat washers
Parts / Tools Needed to complete installation:

Basic simple hand tools.

¼” punch or similar tool for adjuster sleeve adjustment

Torx bits (T-55)
APPROXIMATE INSTALL TIME: 1-2 HOURS
INSTALLATION:
1) The track bar comes preassembled at its shortest length with all necessary components.
2) Installation of the track bar can be performed with the vehicle sitting on level ground so long as all bolts
are accessible. Stock height vehicles will be a bit of a struggle due to their low ride height.
