Speed
For faster printing, consider the following selections in the Print dialog box.
(You open the Print dialog box by choosing the Print command from the File
menu.)
Also consider the following selections in the Color Options dialog box. (You
open the Color Options dialog box by clicking the Color button in the Print
dialog box.)
Cost
To reduce the amount of ink you use:
m Select Draft quality in the Print dialog box whenever possible.
m Do not select Emphasize Black in the Color Options dialog box.
