Cleaning Debris from the Gerotor Assembly

Remove the four (4) socket Carefully remove the O-rings, Remove and clean the gerotor.
head cap crews that secure you will need to re-use it.
Be very careful not to damage
the gerotor cap. the gerotor.

Remove the O-rings and clean
Replace the center gear. Align and install the outer
the inside of the gerotor pocket gear and O-rings.

Install the gerotor cap. Be very Loose assemble the cap
careful not to dislodge or pinch screws. Torque the cap
the O-rings. screws in an opposing
pattern.
